• The Restaurant Manager (RM) ensures that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining its reputation and ethos.
• The RM creates daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for discussion with the Operations Manager.
• Responsible for increasing sales through suggesting selling.
• To act as part of the Senior Management team and undertake Duty Management.
• Restaurant Managers are responsible for the business performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety, guest satisfaction with consistent execution.
• The position combines strategic planning, shift pattern organization and day-to-day management activities.
المهارات
Good General/Secondary Education.
5-8 years Restaurant/Hotel Management experience.
Very passionate about his/her work.
Excellent Arabic or English.
Has excellent organizational skills – meets all deadlines.
Excellent background in customer services – Food and Service knowledge.
Excellent business acumen – P&L;, budgets.
Good leadership skills, team leader, motivator.
Excellent MS Office Skills – word/excel/PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Be customer focused, positive attitude and enthusiastic – people orientated
Excellent writing skills.
Food Safety knowledge – HACCP or equivalent qualification.
Effective decision making and strong problem solving skills.
