To Ensure that the Operations office operates efficiently and productively and act as a main point of contact for external enquiries or communications of the Operations Office. To act as a part of the Operations team, and maintains its reputation and ethos. To provide administrative assistance to the Operations and Business Development Managers. The role will have creative aspects, particularly in marketing and business development.

At least 1 years’ experience in a Fine Dining Environment.
Food and Service knowledge
Personable and organized.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Ability to prioritize tasks
