الوصف الوظيفي
• Participating in the development of the department’s work plan; distributing and following-up on work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures
• Suggesting plans and programs that strive to boost the effectiveness of the projects
• Participating in composing project proposals and setting plans in collaboration with concerned division director to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various phases of the projects
• Participating in the establishment of work plans and staffing for each phase of the project, and assigning of qualified project staff for each project in coordination with the concerned division director
• Performing quality assurance activities for each phase of the project to ensure that customer’s requirements are met within pre-set deadlines and resource requirements
• Monitoring projects’ budgets and deadlines, and taking necessary preventive/ corrective actions in case of any deviation
• Ensuring that client’s relationships are managed properly, and participating in customer relationship management activities in coordination with concerned division director and project manager
• Directing and coordinating activities of project staff to ensure project progresses is on schedule and within prescribed budget and timelines
• Reviewing status reports prepared by project manager and modifying schedules or plans as required.

المهارات
- BSc in Business Administration, Computer Engineering Major or equivalent
-Excellent in English Language Speaking, Writing and listening
