الوصف الوظيفي · Plan his sales calls within the territory / channel assigned to him using the various techniques such as: Forecast by customer/routing plan/coverage and strike rate forecasts/customers card, etc so as to increase the market share. · Distribute company brands to his customers as per company objectives · Responsible for the display and merchandising of the products on the shelves and using the point of sales material. · Responsible for all his customers A/R Collections as per company assigned credit terms. · Gather competitive information through the daily market visits to be aware of the competitors activities and reporting them · Perform field visits to his listed customers in his daily route and perform the 8 steps of the call (greet the customer, verify the level of stocks, visit & merchandise the shelves on FIFO basis, plan initial order, discuss with the customer initial order and trade deals, close the deal, prepare and deliver the order, collect due invoices). · Review database of clients and update his route on quarterly basis. · Efficient response to customer complaints and follow-up with the concerned department to resolve them. · Follow up after sales to ensure FIFO implementation to minimize expiries and returns. · Submit daily visits and sales report to his supervisor. المهارات Customer Service Follow up & Coordination Meeting Deadlines Planning & Organizing Result Oriented Teamwork تفاصيل الوظيفة
