Be responsible for conducting regular Audits on QHSE documentation in Head Office and in Projects if required.
- Schedule QHSE document audits at Head Office or on the Projects. Actively inspect or audit all operations on all sites to ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with ESOM Health & Safety, Quality and Environment Specifications, Standards and site specific requirements to ensure Standards and Client requirements are met.
- Generate accurate Audit reports after each Audit with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Recommend suitable written Corrective Action to each Project after the Audit or Inspection is completed.
- Able to meet the client if required and measure Client Satisfaction regarding Standard of Work delivered by ESOM and QHSE compliance, migrate this client information to the site QHSE report.
- Talk to the general workforce and collect data pertaining to the site QHSE Standard.

Main Competencies required for the Position Good English communication writing and speaking skills, meticulous, disciplined attention to detail. Previous Quality, Health & Safety and Environment experience and skills is essential and must be able to meet deadlines and targets
