الوصف الوظيفي To independently develop, document, manage, and deliver bids and proposals in accordance with SSH standards, processes, effectively uses consultation reviews throughout to form the basis on which to achieve the overall bid objectives across all of the stages. Demonstrates Strong Stakeholder management skills through all correspondence, acting as point of contact ensuring clarity and efficiency during bids, and ensuring to build strong relationships for client satisfaction and managing critical issues. Effectively confers across company divisions, regions, and territories to coordinate work and discuss and resolve matters relating to bids and proposals. Clarifying the lines of responsibility for all project stakeholders, including sub-consultants, to ensure efficient communication & coordination. Demonstrates ability in efficiency, and profitability, in process from inception through to completion of bid(s). Is able to assess resources , expenses, risk to ensure profitability. Will evaluate the performance of project team members and provides ongoing feedback. Develops and maintains all bid related data and documents as per company’s data management systems and procedures, ensuring all project key parameters and data (objective & subjective) are available and updated for proper reference or decision making. To ensure ongoing company quality compliance and standards during projects, by clarifying quality instructions, reviewing reports and documentation, and follows-ups with project teams ensuring proper implementation of data management systems and procedures at all stages. المهارات Degree in Engineering (preferably MEP) with 3-6 years’ relevant workplace experience. Understanding of the design process within a multidisciplinary consultancy. Excellent command of English (written and spoken) Cordial relationships with clients and stakeholders. Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Illustrator, InDesign Full knowledge of Statutory Authorities requirements, knowledge of regulations and submission requirements.
