Chief Accountant

الوصف الوظيفي
This role will be based in Riyadh and will be in-charge of all accounting activities. The Chief Accountant will also be responsible for preparing financial reports, assisting departments with annual budgets and reviews and internal control studies.
Responsibilities:-

Prepare & issue monthly financial report to the management.

Record accounts for daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required files and supporting documentation serving as evidence of transactions.

Prepare/compile data for monthly reports.
Review monthly reports, cash forecast and.

Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast.

Prepare financial statements from the trial balance; Income Statement, cash flow statement and prepare details for schedules to support financial statements.

Liaise with auditors for added requirements.

Analyze financial results and present executive analysis summary to management.

Responsible for all matters related to the operations and administration.

Manage leases to make sure they are current and amendments are processed as required.

Prepare/compile data for monthly reports.

Implement financial improvements to increase the organization’s effectiveness and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Direct the preparation of statistics for financial statements, including preparation of charts and graphs depicting progress, conditions and results, and related reports and recommendations.

المهارات
Education:
University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
A professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Experience:
8-10 years of relevant experience in core accounting operations.
Languages:
Arabic: Moderate
English: Advanced
Other Specific Requirements:

Candidates experienced with using Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be preferred.
Candidate MUST have a transferable iqama or be a local national. Any applications without a transferable iqama will not be reviewed.
Candidate must be available to join on a short notice.
