To ensure and achieve the consistent growth in revenue, profits, customer growth and customer satisfaction.
Proactively involve with the sales team, in field sales, service awareness and indentify new opportunities to bring revenue and profit streams within the business unit.
Review and measures targets to sales and operational staff to the optimum performance results.
Prepare and monitor the sales targets and set controls on reporting systems.
Build team through coaching, building and guidance. This must include the Team’s KPI creations and monitoring.
Set KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and performance measures on sales team.
Ensure the sales team achieve the sizeable prospects, database, of the accounts and increase the per accounts revenue and profit increase by focusing on inbound and outbound shipments in all three categories (AIR, SEA & LAND).
Manage & lead the operation team to maintain the brand image of EIRAD UPS Saudi Arabia by offering seamless collection & deliveries practice.
Prepare and develop the next generation of supervisors & manager in line with EIRAD UPS Saudi Arabia expansion plan by indentifying the staff potential, area of interest and expertise.
It is extremely important to maintain the DSO, business unit cost control and payables are inline with the EIRAD UPS Saudi Arabia policy and budget.
Monitor performance and productivity by applying all aspects of people management through
o Goal setting
o Performance Review
o Specifying Task
o Defining Delegations
o Supervising Progress.
Weekly visits to customer ensuring and assuring them our commitment and analyze the new opportunities and best possible service.

Sales Manager – SCS Freight Forwarding must carry very good presentation skills, with the oral and written proficiency.
Being a Sales Manager – SCS Freight Forwarding, you are expected to have an extensive knowledge on the import & export rules and requirements and other commercial knowledge.
University degree in Business Management or Supply Chain with at least 6 years of experience.
Effective management of the center sales manager and ensure the sales team maintain the existing client’s base through a structured call cycle.
Filter the customer accounts data base, hand over to telesales team to generate leads.
You must present the COST, VOLUME & PROFIT Analysis and share it with team and management during one to one session and ensure the consistent improvement of profitability are in line with the targets set by management.
Monitoring performance productivity by applying all aspect of people management through goal setting, performance review, specifying task and delegation, supervising progress
Candidate must hold transferable iqama, so has to be placed in Saudi Arabia. (Iqama validity minimum 3 months)
Good english skills
Candidates will be stationed in Riyadh
