Senior Mechanical Engineer - Site

الوصف الوظيفي
- Lead and supervise the Mechanical team of foremen, skilled technicians and labor to install, implement of electrical works of the project per the project requirements and in a professional and cooperative manner to achieve the business objective of project successful completion.
- Collaboration with subcontractors to ensure that electrical work is completed in tandem with other elements of the project.
- Checking Electrical Installation works to ensure adherence to local and national electrical codes, safe operation of all devices, and accurate power delivery.
- Work closely with both planners and utility providers to determine when project milestones need to be completed to avoid delays and maintain profitability
Plan , Prepare and place the order of the required resources (Manpower, tools , material ..etc)
Prepare and submit Daily , weekly and look ahead schedule reports to construction manager
Ensure that the works are being executed in compliant with contracts agreement. when identified to be escalated that issues to MEP Construction Manager .
- Coordinate with QA/AC engineer and prepare inspection requests for completed works
- Collaboration with HSE engineers to ensure that your site team working in safe environment
- Provide necessary technical information to other Project team as necessary for proper execution of the project or works and Coordinate with other staff members of other trades working in the project I company to achieve the company goal.
- Effectively communicate with construction manager, structural, architectural team to provide deliverable and request for information if needed
- Establish and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, design team, authorities, utilities and associated organizations.
- Represent the company in professional and diligent manner at all times
- Attend meetings with client, project team, contractors etc.
- Provide performance assessment for foremen, supervisors

المهارات
fully aware of the execution methodology of mechanical disciplines (HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting )
Experience in risk assessments, method statements & ITPS
Member on Saudi Council Of Engineers with same degree
Ability to Work Independently.
Working well under pressure
Able to work effectively with teamwork
Personal Motivation/Productivity
Knowledge of HSE practices
Team Leadership
Proficient with AutoCAD
Proficient with Microsoft office
Proficient with Revit will be advantage .
Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback.
Excellent in English communication skills
GCC experience is preferred
