الوصف الوظيفي Tour and sell space to new members Identify the needs of prospective and existing members and recommend tailored solutions responsive to their needs Develop and implement lead generation and sales conversion strategies Connect with local organizations and attend networking events Prepare daily and weekly overviews of sales progress Lead client walkthroughs and addressing their questions on social media, on the phone or in person Operations: Support the preparation for events and ensure clean and neat are for visitors Engage with contractors when required to make amendment to the space Execute processes for bookings and coordination Admin: Implement primary data gathering exercises as periodically required Conduct site visits to other market players Full ownership of the website Mange relationship with government agencies Work with our finance manager on recording sales and expenses, providing the right documents with it Ensure all key metrics and business related data are identified and captured systematically & accurately Marketing: Build web pages for marketing campaigns using in-house tools Assist in designing, implementing, and documenting marketing campaigns And any other task deemed crucial for the business المهارات Sales experience (ideally in addition to prior events and/or operations experience hospitality or retail with customer service focus). Excellent knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business Familiar with WordPress website Fluent English and Arabic languages Familiarity with government entities requirements تفاصيل الوظيفة |
