الوصف الوظيفي
•Participates in the formulation and implementation of the Operations and Maintenance department plans to ensure the alignment with Hikma’s overall objectives and business plans.
•Participates in the development of Operations and Maintenance department policies, and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements.
•Manages the day-to-day operations of Operations and Maintenance department by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards. 
•Developing the Maintenance function’s work plan; assigning work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to serve the Department’s goals and plans
•Ensuring that work activities are carried out achieving the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct manager
•Proposing plans and programs that boost the effectiveness of the Maintenance function
•Conducting required qualifications to all machines, systems, equipments and instrumentation to ensure they are up to standards
•Managing maintenance activities and urgent repair orders, and advising on equipments state and operational condition
•Evaluating all repairs so that all replacement parts as well as any necessary spares or parts kept in inventory are ordered in a timely manner in coordination with purchasing function
