Lead Maintenance Strategies Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
-Conduct and facilitate equipment and system analysis using end to end Reliability Cantered Maintenance RCM analysis methodology
Co-develop (with manager) unit, system and equipment criticalities and efficiently schedule Reliability Reviews using RCM methodology for the production assests.
-Define and schedule review teams for RCM analysis sustainable through living program
Conduct detailed analysis to determine failure modes root causes and formulate solutions with the review team
-Interface with operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering and defect elimination to determine resources and cost requirements to strategy enhancement solutions
-Prepare risk analysis to identify business justified maintenance strategy for units or system analysed
-Participate in Asset Area review of comprehensive Asset Area maint. Strategy.
-Assist Maintenance Planning for comprehensive asset area maint. Strategy and conversion into CMMS.
-Implement maintenance strategies to meet or exceed pre-established risk and cost efficiency targets
-Develop methodology to measure the maint. Strategy implementation and compliance. Provide quarterly Maintenance Strategy Status and issues Review
-Develop schedule and provide RCM user-level Training for the review teams
-Develop schedule and provide RCM awareness-Level Training for the asset and maintenance managers.
-Ensure the business processes and work activities, relevant to position, are executed in compliance with SASREF policy, procedures and best practice to achieve the business objectives in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner

-Lead, Motivate, develop and assess the assigned team to achieve business objectives and grow capability.

المهارات
-Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

-Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Maintenance & Reliability or Asset integrity Assurance
