Developing and managing the billing procedures of the company.

Client Details

A start up which is a subsidiary of the largest telecom company of Saudi Arabia.

Description
Ensuring timely and accurate billing.Business and technical requirements specification and evaluation of billing solution on market.Coordination with all key business functions including finance, commercial and network.Reviewing and development of full business processes in line with eTom and ITIL standards.

Profile
8 years experience in telecom billing.Business analytically skills.Experience in developing procedure, implementing and testing billing systemsIn depth understating of customer life cycle, CRM, charging, rating, product catalogue, discounting, invoice generation, bill cycle management, payment processing, and revenue assurance.In depth knowledge and understanding of ITIL and eTom standards.Experience in system integration and software development.
