Product & Services Manager

Our client are an international market leading Energy company in the Middle East. They are looking for a Product & Services Manager to join their team in the Saudi Arabia office.Reporting directly into the Vice President you will be responsible for:

Growing the business portfolio across the KSA market whilst overseeing the sales of spare parts, upgrades, maintenance and services solutions
Management of the services division, including start up, commissioning, warranty and planned maintenance
Identifying new service opportunities and maintaining profitability of the division
Develop and deliver proposals, with supporting estimates for all service-related work
Create reports and manage measurement systems
Manage payments to subcontractors and vendors including review and approval of invoices
Initiate and implement marketing and sales campaigns
Core Competencies
Extensive knowledge within the industrial HVAC and chilled water systems sector
Experience in having worked for leading OEMs in the HVAC market specifically within KSA
Excellent client relations skills and an understanding of business management
Strong motivational and leadership skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering or Management
5+ years’ experience in the Middle East
3+ years’ experience in design, fabrication and maintenance of chilled water systems
10+ years’ experience with industrial HVAC systems
Fluent in English & Arabic
Preferred
3+ years’ experience in project management
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a client on a large-scale industrial project from power plants to district cooling plants on a country wide basis.
