Danfoss offers you an excellent opportunity to become team member of Customer Service Center Team in Saudi Arabia.
On the position of Customers Service Specialist, you will focus on maximizing and continuous improvements of customer’s satisfaction and loyalty. You will support customers and Danfoss sales team by registering and responding all customer inquiries coming through phone, email and fax, direct to relevant sales employee if necessary, registering and maintaining sales orders in SAP (including e-orders), coordinating deliveries, following up on delayed deliveries and blocked orders, making sure that deliveries are invoiced in a proper and timely manner, clarifying and registering complaints , issuing credit notes including those for rebates, maintaining the data in all required and optional fields to provide high level of data quality in ERP and CRM systems, creating new accounts for customers in e-commerce tools (Decom, VLT shop, Product Store), solving issues related to those tools, building and promoting positive CSC image, following law, company procedures and regulations, SOPs, following additional manager’s directions related to the development of CSC and/or Sales Departments.

المهارات
Background and skills:

At least university degree

Experience in customer service and logistics related positions

Experience working in SAP and SAP CRM or Salesforce.com is nice to have

Customer oriented approach

Very good English language skills

Good communication skills

Problem solving mindset

Open to change and looking for continuous improvement areas in process

Willing to work in teams
