Help to define and implement recruiting operations processes to increase
efficiency and improve candidate experience
Evaluate, build, optimize, and scale all recruiting-related systems,
processes,
programs and tools to effectively meet our business needs
Ensuring clean data as well as workflow design and systems integration
Lead the effort to ensure everyone, not just the recruiting team, is trained
and equipped to efficiently attract, assess and hire the very best talent
Maintain meaningful and frequent analysis and reporting, including tracking
of Talent Acquisition KPI’s and objectives
Track execution against overall recruiting roadmap.
Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the
business
