- In the absence of the Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing Services is responsible for the operation of a nursing unit, wing or entire health care facility, depending on the organizational structure.
- The responsibilities of an Assistant Director of Nursing Services vary according to organizational structure, size and ownership

Requirements
Qualifications / Skills Expectations for Ideal Candidates

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred; Master Degree in Nursing/Hospital Administration (desirable).
- Current registered nursing license from country of professional practice.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive clinical and administrative nursing experience (Essential).
- Female candidates only due to availability of work visa(Preferably from USA, UK or Canada)
