الوصف الوظيفي Supervise timely and complete reporting of notifiable disease. Supervise dietary and sanitary status in KAAUH. Support and coordinate with infection control Specialist in surveillance program for modifiable diseases. Preparing the list and revising the data of patients with modifiable to the MOH and to their contacts. Doing direct interview of patients or their relatives to complete Epidemiology surveillance for modifiable diseases. Coordinator of HESN Program for reporting diseases. Monitoring implementation of policies with respect to Food Storage, preparation and handling, Risk assessment and quality control in food services, and Control Diseases, Vaccination and infection Control in the kitchen. Collecting the necessary lab sample needed for kitchen employees and other food services handles. Coordinate with and support health education and promotion programs, such as training workshops. Supervising of infectious diseases report such as Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports. Coordinating between Infection Control and Environmental Safety Tour Coordinating between MOH and Infection Control to follow up infectious diseases cases. Follow-up reports and incoming and outgoing transactions to and from the Department of Epidemiology. Preparing the reports of Communicable Disease cases. Coordinating with ER for timely and complete reporting of notifiable diseases. Training staff on public health issues. Prepare Public Health data to Infection Control Committee. Respects patients and their families to promote a patient-centered care culture. Participates and supports quality improvement and patient safety activities as an individual or as part of multidisciplinary teams. Performs other related duties as assigned.
