الوصف الوظيفي
 Support the development of the Warehousing directorate strategy in line with Flow’s business strategy and its translation into effective medium and short-term plans and executive plans.
 Manage warehouse performance against pre-set performance goals to ensure that progress is being made in the desirable direction and preventive/corrective actions are taken accordingly.
 Support the development of Warehousing directorate policies and procedures, performance indicators, and overall quality of Warehousing operations.
 Supervise the implementation of set procedures and work programs in addition to providing the required support to streamline operations and increase employee performance.
 Recommend plans, programs and initiatives to improve functional performance and level of productivity.
 Enhance working relationships with the relevant external stakeholders to form strategic partnerships, and motivate internal stakeholders, and manage change to achieve the required competencies.
