الوصف الوظيفي Analyze internal and external data to generate insights to inform the process of strategy development and implementation. Develop and evaluate options for strategies at corporate, functional and business unit levels. Support business owners in identifying and shaping initiatives that need to be undertaken for the achievement of strategic objectives. Develop, analyze and review business cases for strategic initiatives. Prioritize strategic initiatives taking into account the impact and risks of the initiatives, resource constraints and the capacity of the organization to implement the change. Develop strategy implementation plans at different levels of the organization. Identify key performance indicators to monitor the implementation of plans and the achievement of objectives. Develop score-cards for different levels of the organization. Analyze performance, identify issues and develop recommendations for actions to further enhance performance. Manage the work of external consultants by participating in the development of the terms of reference, evaluation of the consultants’ proposal, coordination, and alignment of the consultants’ work with the key stakeholders in the organization, collection of required data, and monitoring, controlling, reviewing and challenging the consultants’ work. Develop presentations to communicate the strategy and implementation plans to key internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate the implementation of strategic plans by coordinating the activities across different parts of the organization. Provide on-going support in strategy implementation by conducting analysis, development of reports, communication materials and reports, and participating in issue resolution. المهارات Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
