الوصف الوظيفي Job Description: Assemble steel frames and other component parts of materials and equipment, prepare for final welding. Measure locations for metal components on assembly table, following blueprints Position and fasten together body sub-assemblies, such as side frames, under-bodies, doors, hoods, and trunk lids, to assemble vehicle bodies and truck cabs preparatory to body welding process. Bolt, screw, clip, or otherwise fasten together parts to form sub-assemblies, such as doors, seats, instrument control panels, steering columns, and axle units. Set up and operate weld equipment to MIG, TIG, or spot weld parts to blueprint specifications. Load and unload parts onto weld table and fixtures using hand tools, ratchets, or air tools to secure parts to fixtures. Check parts to quality specifications. Troubleshoot problems and recommend or take corrective action. Use hoist, pallet jacks or forklift to move parts, materials, containers and fixtures to and from storage areas. Occasional Body Works. Complete paperwork for work orders, labor, and time reporting, quality records and related reporting requirements. Maintain a clean and safe work area Train others Perform other duties as necessary and appropriate for this position المهارات License/Certificate in Welding/Assembling (TIG, MIG) or equivalent work experience Previous experience in Military Armored Vehicles preferable.
