Open to any Arabic nationals, Jordanian is preferred
Male, 45 y/o and below
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related area
Must be Certified Project Management Professional
Minimum 10 years of professional experience as Senior Executive, Senior Project Manager or General Manager in the fit-out industry
Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design
Strong experience in the full scope of Interior Fit-out works
Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse & able to accurately forecast project requirements
Can manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable
Highly flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively with multicultural workforce
Multi-tasker, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
Have good practical organization skills, planning of resources and program scheduling
Proficient in IT, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
Non-smoker and non-alcoholic drinker
Open to overseas candidates
Can start immediately (1-month maximum)
Work location: Riyadh, KSA
Salary is up to 40,000 SAR depending on qualifications and experience
