*Assist in the development of the Digital & Marketing annual business plan, KPIs, budget, and policies and procedures
*Identify, plan, and launch new products aiming to drive shopper and tenant satisfaction or commercialization and ancillary income creation. This includes:
Identifying a long list of potential products/ services that can enhance the shopper experience and generate ancillary income to ACCL
Gathering and prioritizing customer requirements
Conducting feasibility studies and analyses to ensure high impact and income generation
Defining the product vision and business case
Coordinating with stakeholders across ACCL to ensure product effectiveness and identify key features
*Develop business cases and business requirements to support product and services roadmap investments
*Support and promote the adoption of products/ services into the corporate culture and into all of ACCL’s malls
*Recommend/make decisions regarding programs/initiatives that have a significant impact to business outcomes and carry potential consequences if unsuccessful
*Coordinate with Finance team to develop and maintain an operating plan and budget for assigned products and manage expenses within the budget
*Conduct periodic product evaluation and required analyses or presentations and reports on product effectiveness in an effort to maximize and improve results
*Coordinate with IT to secure the optimal solution to implement new products/ services
*Secure partnerships to develop/ deliver/ manage product launch if necessary
المهارات
Education:
*Bachelors degree in Marketing, MIS, BIS, or CS
*MBA or digital marketing masters is preferred
Experience:
*8+ years including 5 years as a retail product manager or business development manager in a leading international mall operator
*Proven experience in digital and retail product/ service innovation and commercialization
Competencies:
*Knowledge of key trends and innovative solutions around customer and tenant experience
*In-depth understanding of digital solutions and commercialization potential of initiatives
*Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
*Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
*Technical background, with experience in telecommunications / multimedia preferred
*Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
*Ability to pick up new tools quickly
*Innovation and tech savviness
