*Assuring the delivery of the strategy by executing against the roadmap: development, testing and maintaining the health of the applications (security, maintainability and performance)
*Supporting the development teams in expanding on Agile way of working.
*Setting the quality standards and defining the processes and procedures for his/her area
*Define and implement department vision and strategy. Alignment of all teams to strategy and a common way of working.
*People and performance management. Build and further optimize department, making sure all roles and people work effective together and set up a continuously improving practice. Develop the engineering talent and grow the capabilities further, to maintain a high level of performance
*Drive change through department and organization
*Identify opportunities that can reduce development cost. Monitor and stay within budget
*Build/maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders and act as contact person for the Application Development department
*Support for Senior management in identifying opportunities to improve business through IT applications
المهارات
Education:
*Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, management information systems, computer science, communications, or related field
Experience:
*10+ years of hand-on experience in business applications support management, including, but not limited to, Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) (e.g. real estate management, facility management, maintenance management)
*10+ years of hand-on experience in enterprise applications support management, including, but not limited to, ERP system (e.g. HRMS, Financials, SCM)
*Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft business suite
*Experience in real-estate management/ property management companies is preferred
Competencies:
*Experience in requirements gathering processes, applications support and IT software troubleshooting
*Understanding of enterprise application suites, products, & services
*Understanding of information security standards
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills
*Demonstrated knowledge of systems analysis and information technology principles and standards (e.g. ITIL)
*Effective written and verbal communication skills English and Arabic preferred
