Quality Supervisor / site management

Job Description and Requirements
What are
my responsibilities?

First hand supervision the service engineer,
section managers, controller and project administration and quality officers
Performing the daily walk down site control with the
RMTC
Transfer the equipment from the site to the wharehouse
Tracking defect -Launch the defect process in CFX
tool
Avoid having non-conformities (CAP and
NCR) out of TS scope
Regular meeting with lots (For making sure that the
NCR is relevant )
Material Quality visual check and recorded in the LMS
tool
Reporting to Quality Manager In project (QMIP) the
position holder has secondary hand supervision and Support to the QC
team
Determination of the product and process-related
quality of requirements from the customer contract and other requirements
Establishment of the quality plan including the
communication with the customer
Preparation of quality statements and reports
Follows the applicable safety rules, regulations
and procedures

What do I
need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business
administration and recognized qualification on similar projects with a minimum
of 6 years of relevant experience in the designated professions, with
preferable three or more years of relevant experience in the transport
industry.
Solid quality and safety management experience from
Electrical, Mechanical Domain. First Transit system work experience is highly
appreciated
Very good experience in working with a
multi-national company
5 years’ experience working with projects
Proven track records and work experience in quality
management
Very good knowledge of Saudi Arabia
Very good command of both the spoken and written
English language
Solid computer skills and knowledge
Safety rules and regulations, Firefighting, fire
prevention and first aid
