الوصف الوظيفي
Key Accountability:
*Lead the development of the Company’s IT strategy, processes, and procedures
*Ensure the delivery of quality technical support and business application development to serve internal end-users
*Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure including network, connectivity, data centers
Role & Responsibilities:
*Develop the department business plan and KPIs in accordance with Strategic Planning & Performance Management
*Develop the department’s budget in coordination with Finance and Level 3 functions
*Ensure the development, refinement and compliance with ACCL and IT policies and procedures
*Establish and communicate the IT strategy, developing it as an integrated part of the corporate strategy
*Develop information security policies and provide guidance on the implementation of information security standards
*Establish SLAs with departments and ensure they are strictly implemented
*Ensure continuous enhancement of the IT architecture to ensure optimum integration of different systems and meet business, risk, reporting and regulatory requirements
*Ensure the development of required IT systems, enterprise applications (e.g., IWMS, ERP, CRM) and department specific applications to serve other department needs and projects in coordination with the departments
*Ensure automation of process workflows for all departments (when applicable)
*Manage the installation and maintenance of the information and operating systems
*Ensure proper development and maintenance of intranet and internet portals
*Manage the daily operations of the IT networks and servers to ensure their proper functionality
*Ensure availability of quality support to resolve day to day incidents reported by end-users
*Manage outsourced supplier contracts and negotiations
*Ensure maintenance of all IT infrastructure systems is performed periodically
*Coordinate with Marketing to ensure successful roll-out of innovative solutions

المهارات
Education:
*Bachelors degree in computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent is required
*Masters in computer engineering, computer science, MBA, or equivalent is preferred
Experience:
*10+ years of experience in an IT management position within a leading organization
*Experience in real estate or a related industry is preferred
*Experience in IT management and infrastructure maintenance and installation
*Experience in managing IT environments of real estate companies over various industries highly preferred
Competencies:
*Knowledge of IT strategy planning
*Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills
*Strong technical and analytical skills
*Command of Arabic and English, written and verbal
