The Consultant will be responsible to manage and communicate issues to customer and internal project teams. Manage issues and track timeline of deliverables, and proactively keep the Client and/ or Calypso Project Manager informed of progress.

A strong demonstrable record of customer service. Write, modify, integrate and test software code Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required Analyse, prepare and customize the current system to incorporate new analysis instruments Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements Assist in the development of logical and physical specification
