الوصف الوظيفي Develop the Business Finance key performance indicators and continuously monitor progress towards business plan. Support implementation of Finance framework. Managerial: Ensure that Business Finance plan is well communicated and understood at all levels. Optimize resources and ensure Business Finance organisation is efficient and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop the Business Finance department yearly budget insuring alignment to plans and needs. Support implementation of control system Take business decisions and escalate strategic decisions to VP when required. Work with the BU’s to build a stretching but achievable 4 year financial strategy Build the supporting budgets to deliver the 4 year financial strategy and monitor with regular forecast Carry out timely monthly and quarterly variance analysis for the business Carry out analysis of the actual to sport trends and identify opportunities for income growth and cost saving Responsible for the profess of financial planning to determine how much liquidity is needed to operate Creation of budgets and tracking all financial activity as well as spending and saving Performing Financial forecasting to predict what is the company future financial will look like. Perform financial forecasts to determine things such as what company sales volume will be and what kind of capital expenses they will have. Assess financial risk through use of forecasting techniques Develop risk mitigation scenarios on the types of risk and their degree of impact on the business Leverage the insights to alter and business executives may then use forecasts to develop new strategies that might help the company realize more future growth. Contribute to the process of effective manpower planning, recruitment, tramming and development and carrier management and ensure high level of employee engagement and motivation Assign individual objectives for employee performance management purposes, mange performance, empower staff and provide formal and informal feedback in order to support professional development and maximize performance. المهارات |
