Project Delivery Lead

الوصف الوظيفي
• Develops overall project plan and define high level project plans to guide detailed planning at lower levels
• Manages interdependencies across all tracks and activities and drive integration of people, processes and tech
• Performs monitoring and control to ensure ongoing delivery is meeting performance objectives
• Owns preventive or corrective actions as needed to fulfill contractual obligations
• Facilitates mobilization and management of project resources
• Monitors and reviews team and individual performance
• Works in an onsite setting while ensuring expected productivity and quality
• Manages project communications and reporting
• Publishes the following key documents: plans, risks/issues logs, periodic status reports, and change requests
• Sits on the project steering committees and deliver status briefings
• Provides accurate reporting of project timelines, completion forecasts, time tracking, and other information
• Produces a project status report on a weekly basis that provides a broad overview of the project status, highlights issues, and recommends corrective actions
• Manages risks and issues to minimize their impact on time, costs and quality
• Oversees the delivery of a fit-for-purpose GRP system in accordance with best practices, functional and non-functional requirements
• Manages project scope, effectively reviewing changes with internal stakeholders, and then resolving and documenting changes with the business
• Interfaces with HW/SW vendors and the Infrastructure team to oversee procurement, receiving, installation, configuration, testing, deployment and tuning activities
• Manages the conduct of elaborate system and integration testing, and technical training and knowledge transfer
• Oversees the deployment of the system in non-production and production environments
• Facilitates the delivery of project artifacts in accordance with the selected methodology
• Works with the QA team in verification and validation to provide assurance that deliverables are meeting quality objectives
• Works with the Change Manager to support the execution of the Management of Change plan
• Works with the Rollout Manager to ensure full readiness of sites and smooth deployment
• Supports the execution of the training plan
• Works with the Support Manager to provide third level support to GRP operations
• Ensures all changes are performed according to applicable change and confirmation processes
المهارات
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 8-10 years’ experience in Oracle ERP/GRP project management
• Saudi Public Sector experience preferred
• Possesses strong leadership, planning and communication skills
• Possesses strong governance, effective monitoring and control abilities
• Willingness to assume P&L;responsibility
• Should have spent last two years in ERP program/project delivery.
• Possesses transition and transformation experience
• Adept at using Microsoft Office, Project and Visio
• Excellent Arabic speaking and writing skills. Bi-lingual (English/Arabic) preferred.
