GRP Rollout Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
• Builds rollout strategy for the Ministry’s GRP and conducts detailed rollout planning in collaboration with the implementation, change and support teams
• Works with each site to establish Site Business and Site IT teams to support rollout and onboarding
• Receives handover from the Change Manager and ascertains readiness for rollout
• Supervises data migration strategy development and execution of data migration activities
• Conducts comprehensive pre-Go Live readiness assessment for each site and recommends Go/ No Go decision
• Manages relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitates readiness of people, processes and systems for the operations phase and fulfillment of OLAs
• Supervises training and knowledge transfer activities
• Drives tactical actions and supports the removal of showstoppers and obstacles
• Participates in key meetings and continuously seeks to align all stakeholders
• Oversees deployment and Go-live activities
المهارات
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 6-8 years’ experience in Oracle ERP/GRP project management
• Saudi Public Sector experience preferred
• Possesses strong leadership, planning and communication skills
• Possesses strong governance, effective monitoring and control abilities
• Should have spent last two years in ERP program/project delivery.
• Possesses transition and transformation experience
• Adept at using Microsoft Office, Project and Visio
• Excellent Arabic speaking and writing skills. Bi-lingual (English/Arabic) preferred
• Willingness to travel across KSA for 30% of assignment duration
• Must be Saudi national
