• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 6-8 years’ experience in Oracle ERP/GRP project management
• Saudi Public Sector experience preferred
• Possesses strong leadership, planning and communication skills
• Possesses strong governance, effective monitoring and control abilities
• Should have spent last two years in ERP program/project delivery.
• Possesses transition and transformation experience
• Adept at using Microsoft Office, Project and Visio
• Excellent Arabic speaking and writing skills. Bi-lingual (English/Arabic) preferred
• Willingness to travel across KSA for 30% of assignment duration
• Must be Saudi national
المهارات
• Leads and manages Ministry’s GRP production operations
• Responsible for production deployment, Go-live, service delivery, support and maintenance of GRP
• Accountable for managing and meeting SLAs with Business and pursuing continuous improvement
• Establishes, implements and maintains service management processes, procedures, and controls applicable to GRP
• Determines the required system management and service management tools, leverages available tools in the Ministry, and procures and deploys where necessary
• Ensures team’s conformance with the agreed service management processes and practices
• Enables full utilization of GRP by intended users and pursues customer satisfaction with the service
• Supervises the management and resolution of all critical and escalated incidents through appropriate direction to the team, co-ordination with vendors, and communication with stakeholders
• Keeps the support team in a state of readiness, manages support tasks assignment, and ensures responsiveness and fulfilment
• Practices records management and ensures availability of necessary system documentation and service manuals
• Facilitates mobilization, onboarding and management of support staff
• Responsible for service management communications
• Facilitates accurate status reporting and sits on GRP steering committees and participates in its meetings
• Collaborates with the implementation team and vendors for 3rd and 4th level management
• Receives handover from the rollout manager and signs-off on readiness assessment outcome prior to onboarding customers on production
