GRP Data Migration Lead

الوصف الوظيفي
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 4-8 years’ experience in Oracle ERP/GRP project management
• Saudi Public Sector experience preferred
• Possesses transition and transformation experience
• Adept at using Microsoft Excel
• Possesses good planning, analytical and communication skills
• Excellent Arabic speaking and writing skills. Bi-lingual (English/Arabic) preferred
• Willingness to travel across KSA for 50% of assignment duration
• Saudi national preferred
المهارات
• Works with the Rollout Manager to plan and oversee data gathering activities in the GRP project to collect data from various legacy and modern data sources
• Works with the Ministry’s head office, regional and local offices that are candidates for onboarding with the GRP
• Demonstrates solid understanding of the critical role of collection, migration, conversion, cleansing, validation and quality of data in the GRP project
• Builds data gathering plans in line with the rollout plans and works with business and IT stakeholders to execute the plans
• Devises mechanisms including automated or alternate means to collect live and historical data
• Offer guidelines and templates to the providers responsible for facilitating data
• Performs stringent follow up to ensure timely available of data
• Conducts due diligence to ensure that collected data is according to business and quality requirements
• Receives handover from the Change Manager and ascertains readiness for data collection
• Contributes to the development of data migration strategy
• Manages relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Drives tactical actions and supports the removal of showstoppers and obstacles
• Participates in key meetings and continuously seeks to align all stakeholders
