• Manage multiple service centers across the country. Supervise and control day to day service reception activities to ensure that vehicle deliveries are met within agreed timescales.
• Supervise and follow up recall jobs to be completed on time.
• Manage the Service reception activities to ensure the maximum utilization of resources and manpower and ensure best customer experience all the type.
• Build, manage and motivate his subordinates towards team cohesion and exemplary performance in order to maximize productivity and deliver the targets / objectives of the division / function.
• Carry out other tasks and activities as and when requested by Management, within the context of the Division’s scope and requirements.
المهارات
12 to 15 years of experience in Senior Service Management position in GCC.
