Automotive Training Manager (Aftersales)

الوصف الوظيفي
* Design, develop and recommend training and development programs based on both the organisation’s and the individuals’ needs
* Be responsible for supporting the Department Managers for implementing OTJ (on the job) training and providing the right up-to-date learning/training materials
* Monitor, measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales by using assessments, tests, questionnaires and through discussions with line managers.
* Deliver presentations or training using the most appropriate methods and techniques
* Arrange for the maintenance of all facilities, equipment and materials
* Compile periodic reports for management on training hours, results and communicate all results to branches.
المهارات
* Customer Service Environment experience
* Technical Training experience for apprentices and/or technicians
* Service or Parts Automotive experience
* Hands on training experience
* A tertiary educational qualification- any degree or equivalent
* Be a strong user of the MS Office suite
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
* Strong quantitative analytical skills
* Strong project management qualifications or equivalent experience
* Strong communication and presentation skills
