Our glassware company needs a motivated, highly organized Production Manager to join our team. Do you love to make lists and organize your office? We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager who doesn’t mind putting in long hours and working with employees to constantly improve our output. Production Manager responsibilities
• Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
• Oversee a workforce of 300 + employees in the manufacturing department
• Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
• Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
• Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
• Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
• Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
• Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent project management skills
• Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety
• Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group
• SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER Functions : -
• Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
• - Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
• - Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
• - Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements. –
• Understanding of principles of accounting and finance. –
• Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions. Qualifications and experiences:
• - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Or a related. - Minimum 5 years’ experience .
• - Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items. - Understanding of accounting or finance.
• - Must be able to comprehend legal documents. - Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world.
Factory Manager duties and responsibilities
• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations
• Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management, HR and other delivery
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Allocate resources effectively
• Prepare budgets using various forecasting models
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
• Build and mantain a trusting relationship with employees
• Communicate with employees about performance expectations
• Give useful feedback to employees
• Recruit, hire and onboard new staff
• Determine KPIs and measure them on a regular basis
• Ensure smooth daily operations
• Adhere to company’s rules and regulations
• Stay up to date with latest production trends, best practices and technology

Factory Manager requirements and qualifications
• Previous working experience as a Plant Manager for (10) year(s)
• BS degree in relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of glass bottle and management
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive problem solver
