الوصف الوظيفي
• Country Manager will be responsible for managing all operations within Saudi Arabia.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining direct relationships with companies and key accounts.
• Secure new business opportunities and expanding revenue streams.
• Prepare and execute effective marketing and business development strategies.
• Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training.
• Manage and direct business development and operations.
• Produce business performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Maintain operational quality standards in alignment with brand and company standards.
• Conduct meetings and trainings with potential clients and accounts and securing them.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with responsibility for establishing the brand as the market leader in this segment.
• Perform other work-related tasks as required and assigned by upper management.
المهارات
• Bachelor degree in business management or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience including management or leadership roles preferably in the start-up industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication (Arabic & English), including presentation skills.
• Extensive understanding of the Saudi Arabia tech market landscape including competitive information, key trends, opportunities and threats.
• Strong internal and external customer relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Strong technical background relating to contracting and maintenance work.
• Exceptional problem-solving techniques.
