الوصف الوظيفي
We are searching for a full time Call Center Agent.
As a Call Center Agent you will conduct inbound and outbound activities within the contact center in accordance with agreed instructions and procedures. You will answer and handle the feedback received from different channels. You will have other tasks in addition to the inbound and outbound calls. You will also have some additional tasks as an operations, which will give you experience to build your career.
المهارات
• Arab Nationality.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in call center.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts.
• A diploma or higher level of education.
• Excellent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Computer applications.
• Excellent listening and time management skills.
• The ability to handle the pressure of working within a fast-paced, high call-volume environment.
• Service minded with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manages time effectively with flexible working hours if required.
• Willing to learn and take up new tasks, jobs as and when designated.
• Speaking Saudi dialect is an advantage.
