On behalf of a multinational FMCG client we are seeking a Logistics Specialist. Based in Riyadh and reporting to the Logistics Consultant you will coordinate all transportation activities to ensure maximum quality and standards of the same, under the Supervision of the Logistics Supervisor.
• Coordinate all official transportation requirements relating to employees and official visitors to ensure that operational requirements are met.
• Schedule and organise company transportation to pick up and drop employees from their work locations.
• Ensure the effective repairs and preventive maintenance of company leased/owned vehicles and coordinate with drivers and store managers to track vehicle maintenance logs.
• Track, monitor and control all company leased/owned vehicles for the region, ensure completed documentation
• Complete the transactions required for the timely and effective processing of driving licenses for company drivers.
• Coordinate and organise transportation requirements relating to transfer/relocation of employees and their personal effects in accordance with company policy
• Complete the transactions relating to car rentals for business purposes, ensuring conformity to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely inclusion/deletion of all company owned vehicles under required vehicle insurance cover, and renewal of all vehicle insurance policies.
• Process accident insurance claims and coordinate their repairs.
• Monthly reconciliation of all financial transactions relating to vehicle insurance
المهارات
• 2 to 4 years in a support services role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
• With excellent Planning Organizational and coordination Skills
• Result Driven
• Top notch Communication & Presentation Skills
• Interpersonal Skill
