Job Description and Requirements
As a successful candidate, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related area. An advanced degree is preferred.
You will have 10 years of experience in unconventional oil and gas.
You will also have an experience of setting up the BPM organization, strategy, design, and framework. You should have experience developing process governance methodology, standards for mapping and design, and support training and development. Candidate should also have experience working with one of the BPM tools (Bizagi, Aris, Mega, etc.). You will have experience leading the OE initiative with upstream oil and gas companies. You should have analytical and problem solving skills; proven experience in six sigma and/or other standard frameworks would be advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following with a team of professionals and subject matter experts:
Define the BPM framework.
Perform process design, mapping and modelling in the BPM tool.
Develop standards as a basis for mapping and design.
Built and generate process manual and use cases.
Monitor and control process in BPM.
Manage process change and governance.
Perform change management.
Assess the best practices and identifying improvement areas.
Define the strategic priorities.
Development of operating plan to perform designed process. Ensure process compliance through constant follow up.
Optimize process to increase value.
Ensure the change has been accepted and embraced.
Ensure learning transfer between divisions.
