الوصف الوظيفي Demonstrated strong ability to think strategically and tactically while acting independently under management guidance Strong inter-personal and communication skills Team player able to provide technical leadership in IT group Work with minimal supervision and can multitask by juggling priorities set up by management Demonstrated very strong ability to identify tasks which require automation and automate them Windows Powershell Scripting experience preferred Document FAQ’s and IT information for both IT staff as well as user community including continuous updates to the documentation of infrastructure in place Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems. Serve as a project manager on key IT projects for internal initiatives and external customer deliverables. Software & Technologies Networking: Expert in the following: Switches, Routers, Aruba Wireless Controller, Layer 2 and 3 switching including QoS, VLANS and networking peripherals Strong experience in network monitoring tools where you will define policies and configure the system to monitor storage, file servers, ports and everything on the network. Administration of servers in high availability environment and clusters. Manages all system & Databases/system data back-up and restore protocol which already implemented and in place with MS SQL Enterprise edition. Implement and Manage Security groups, user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam and continuously improves on them. Security & Firewalls: Strong knowledge of firewall central management applications preferably Fortinet firewalls Experience in Anti-Virus enterprise level solutions, end-point protection, Mobile Device Management (MDM) Strong knowledge of site to site VPN’s in a mesh environment Implement and Manage network security policies. Configure and support security tools such as firewalls, anti-virus software, patch management systems, anti-spam … etc. Perform vulnerability and networking scanning assessments. Monitor network traffic for unusual activity. Storage and Backup: Manage and maintain user backups Deploy DR for VMs and user’s desktops/laptops/VDI Experience in Arcserve storage and backup appliance or equivalent Experience in Quantum storage appliance or equivalent VMWARE Technologies: Manage and maintain remote terminal services using VMs Experience in Mirage is preferred NSX preferred for advance APP networking and security
