الوصف الوظيفي
· Monitor the performance of the frequent flyer program
· Oversee program internal projects and their completion in a timely manner
· Review of analysis / recommendation sent by the Loyalty sent by loyalty analytics and loyalty manager.
· Review and approval of the final product as prepared by the loyalty department.
· Review and approval of the master visual for carrying out onward marketing activities.
· Review targeted and segmented campaigns for member engagement and retention
· Review Campaigns for acquisition
· Develop goals & strategies to ensure that the Loyalty department is fully focused on achieving objectives
· Take necessary action in relation to any issues identified during quality assurance Process of customer care service.
· Review and signoff log report on a weekly basis for changes made by different users.
· Review monthly and quarterly and annually analytics report to better asses future program developments.
· Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the Staffing Services Section
· Provide coaching and feedback to team members
· Plan, manage and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary
· Ensure Loyalty development complies with Flynas policies and processes, practices and systems, and maintain Flynas high standard of work and work ethic.
*Experience:
7 years of overall experience with at least 2 years in loyalty.
