• Develop, coach, and mentor Restaurant Managers. Provide business and operational guidance while leading through influence
• Conduct gap analysis between desired and current state of expressed goals, based on business planning, knowledge of basic business operations, guest satisfaction, and marketing effectiveness. Make recommendations on areas for improvement
• Follow-up on all new store openings. Ensure the hand-off from development to store trainer to operations occurs with excellence, and the store is set up for success
• Execute corporate operational initiatives and ensure RMs understand and uphold brand standards (food safety, cleanliness, quality, etc.), operational metrics, expectations, and service standards (fast, accurate, friendly, etc.).
• Strong business acumen skills such as financial review, assessment, use of competitive data, etc.

• Demonstrated ability and experience to consult with and influence business owners. Advanced knowledge of business operations and consultative approaches. Experience guiding leaders to make better business decisions
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D;, marketing, supply chain, training, and others to launch and achieve targeted results for operations programs and initiatives
