Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyses data, market metrics and intelligence, write and prepare reports and make actionable recommendations
- Assist in ensuing that all insight, including research and evaluation projects fit and inform the overall business strategy
- Coordinate and gather customer insight across key project areas on an organization.

Skills / Attributes Required
- A degree or equivalent marketing qualification (e.g. CIM)
- Proven experience of creating and developing or conducting online survey, focus groups and any other research channels
- Ability to compile market overviews, competitor profiles and undertake robust competitor activity mapping
- Ability to coordinate and gather customer insight across key project areas and to offer recommendations for best practice
- Ability to undertake and commission primary, secondary research and stakeholder mapping
