• Bachelor’s degree is needed
• Ensure the proper and timely movement of freight and information, while providing an exceptional customer service within the Air Export and Import department
• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the operational system
• Track and Trace Air Export and Import Files and reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.
• Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and request.
• Ensure all customers standard operating procedures in place
• Prepare various documents for international transportation.
• Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Ensure company credit procedures are followed and utilized effectively.
المهارات
• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word etc.).
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills
• Fluent in English
