1. Provide functional support and responsibility for multiple projects and provide managerial responsibility for the Department Operations
2. Coordinating multiple estimates simultaneously as well as review responsibility for multiple estimates or large estimates
3. Assisting Operations and top management to select projects to bid
4. Reviewing projects to develop win strategy with PM
5. Reviewing project cost reports with PM, COO and CEO
6. Reviewing final cost report with PM, Contracts, Procurements and develop for historical information
7. Assisting and leading in proposal preparation, presentation and securing new work
8. Establishing and maintaining an estimating department evaluation procedure and maintaining department resource library
9. Analyzing Information, Estimating, Planning, Reporting Research Results, Data Center Experience, Strategic Planning, Attention to Detail, Informing Others, Requirements Analysis
10. Evaluates offers to purchase by costing changes, additions, and site requirements.
11. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
12. Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
13. Computes costs by analyzing labor’s, material’s, equipment’s and time requirements.
14.Obtains bids from vendors and suppliers subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price.
15. Establishing and coordinating bidding schedule
16. Reviewing pricing and scheduling and create table information including supply chain prices, subcontractors’ prices and materials updated prices
17. Developing and maintaining Estimation Information Systems and Procedures
18. Arranging and managing bid turnover to operations
19. Establishing district rate files for labor, equipment and materials
20.Conducting post-bid review
21. Assisting and leading design-build projects estimation
22. Assisting and preparing fee and risk analysis
24. Responsible for the management of all aspects of the estimating department
25. Recruitment and development of all estimating personnel. With evaluate and assess their performance periodically.
26. Establishing and maintaining relationships with owners, consultants, subs and suppliers periodically evaluate prices and contracts and update information
27. Prepare Cost Report on the extent to each project, contracts committed to the budget.
المهارات
1.At least 10 years in estimating construction project in Saudi Arabia market
2. Must have at least 3 years work experience on Candy Estimation Software
3.Have experience and quantity serves from engineering drawing
4.Fluent in Arabic and English Languages
5.Hold an Engineering bachelors or equivalent
6.Track records of winning medium to mega projects in Saudi Arabia market
7. Experience in the following project types in infrastructure , roads , building , water system and ETC
8. Experience in scheduling, Histograms, productivity table lobar rates , sequence of activities
