Reviews Lease contracts, commencement date agreements, landlord notices, and other related legal documents. Conduct market research for empty lands and to define the land best use according to the size and area. Analyze the entire existing projects including the quality of the building, units, finishes, project components and to define the ROI of the project. Manage the project and handle all issues from A to Z. Review the negotiation deals and contracts Work closely on the development of all projects under construction cost Prepare the land lease budget and to ensure paying on time to the landlords and to collect the development cost of the JV projects. Develop good working relationships with companies, investment fund, landlord, business partners, businessmen, government sectors such as the high commission for the development of Riyadh, municipality, transport ministry and with other authorities المهارات Knowledge of Business Development related to Real Estate Minimum of 4-6 years relevant experience in Real Estate field MBA in Real Estate, Finance, economics will be preferred.
