Job Description and Requirements + The role will be required to ensure that all assets are validated, and asset register is maintained, and each asset is correctly tagged. The condition of each asset needs to be assessed regularly. + Generate a report of the assets condition and ensure that regular maintenance is carried out for the effective run of the services. + Accountable for services such as cleaning, security and parking. You will also be responsible for making sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition for the camp inhabitants. + Manage camp change requests and maintenance with things like heating and air conditioning ensuring the working environment is well maintained. + Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on + supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security + ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained + Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness + Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards + Specific Skills Required: + Specific Language requirements English + Requirements for driving licenses + Multi-task to manage a varied and complex workload + Technical knowledge of building services. + Budget control and management. + Problem solving and ability to make quick and accurate decisions is a must. + Excellent spoken and written communication skills. + Passion for helping people and delivering Service every time. *Minimum Requirements** + Minimum 10 years + Additional Comments + International working experience GCC *Preferred Qualifications** |
