Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for physically checking and verifying the products picked against the move ticket/ pick list.
• Responsibility for verifying and labeling all shipments ready for dispatch in line with the move ticket/pick list. Responsible for wrapping and declaring shipments ready for dispatch.
• Responsible for directing carrier drivers when they arrive at the plant for collection of products to be delivered to customers.
• Assigns trailers scheduled to be loaded at specific times through warehouse management systems and is ultimately responsible for the correct loading of trucks.
• Complies strictly with all SOP’s GMP’s safety rules and regulations and departmental procedures. Acts as a role model for more junior employees on the warehouse floor and provides mentoring to enhance the performance of warehouse operations.
• Responsibility for receiving and checking received shipments along with maintaining proper inventory control procedures and documentation.
• Ensures our products are received by all Customers according to Good Distribution Practices by checking delivery documents and monitoring reports outlining temperature control throughout distribution.
• Takes accountability for Warehouse Quality Assurance processes and ensures that these are in place.
• Responsibility to make/put together pick slip, delivery note and invoice in accordance to prescription ordered. And ensure the right orders and details were confirmed against the prescription/order number.
• Supervise / oversight forklift operators during process, preparation and workflow each delivery and Direct Shipment to MOH & Non MOH operation.
• Responsibility for document retention once document is been check, signed and recorded it will become an official record.
• Responsibility to authorize additional new customers, new approved medical devices/ancillaries and finished products by SFDA.
• Follow ups with SFDA and Customs Authority to clear any pending issue related to received/ expected shipments at warehouse.
• Participate in budget development and exercise budgetary control over warehouse operations
• Supervise, evaluate, and train employees assigned to warehouse
• Monitor the work environment to ensure that health and safety related policies and procedures are properly implemented, and that tools and equipment are being properly used in order to ensure compliance to NAQEL’s health and safety regulations, SFDA, and ISO requirements as well as minimize workplace accidents and equipment breakdowns.
• Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching…etc to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.

• Good Comprehension Skill.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use/ interact with Smartphone/ tablets.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office – especially Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ability to Analysis, interpret Data.
• Ability to command and manage people.
• Ability to plan daily Operational deliveries.
• Ability to ensure and to follow Operational Standards and polices.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
