Job Description and Requirements Front line supervisor who manages individual contributors: + Responsible for the overall quality of staffs work and oversees projects. + Has project or task level financial accountability. + Typically supervises a headcount of less than 10 people. Responsibilities: + Responsible for assisting in the setup of Technology Identification, deployment and assessment workflows for the entire project across the entire project lifecycle. + Responsible for providing leadership and direction of technologies to various project teams. + Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors. + Manages the use of technology and digital tools across numerous large-scale projects. + Facilitates practice line and technology specific training. + Authors and/or reviews project, scopes of work, specifications, project reports and other related project documentation for inclusion of technology and digital tools. + Oversees deployment of initiatives and the measuring of value and success. + Represents Construction Technology high level project management meetings and through media, both internally and externally. + Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. + Contributes to the development of processes, procedures, templates and model content for project delivery use. + Works with little to no supervision. + Assists with business development and proposals. Specific skills required: + Proficient in a variety of existing and novel construction technologies + Strong project management skills. + Experienced user of cloud-based collaboration platforms, such as Proliance, Aconex or BIM 360 suite. + Thorough understanding and experience in delivering and managing teams to deliver digital tools on large scale projects. + Aptitude in creating and/or specifying bespoke tools to integrate off the shelf solutions . + Experience with programming or visual programming languages highly preferred. + Experience in setting up and reviewing digital construction processes. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work individually as well as part of a diverse team.
