الوصف الوظيفي
· Overview the food/beverage preparation/ presentation process, ensuring high quality items with adherence to set standards and techniques of the brand’s specification.
· Ensure the effective implementation of service standards, SOP as per the brand set guidelines, in addition to health and safety regulations.
· Maximize sales and ensure customer focus is prioritized
· Drive the implementation of company programs by developing action plans, instructing the team to implement them and meet deadlines.
· Count and Control the inventory, monitor the food cost of the brand’s store and set proper action plan to improve results against the operation’s budget
· Generate a weekly summary sales report and report it to his line manager
· Implement new product launches and promotions according to the brand guidelines
· Coach, train, motivate reward and evaluate their team to maximize their potential and offers feedback on regular basis to the staff and line manager
Consistently review store environment (maintenance, etc…), KPIs of their store and suggest action steps for improvement
